Subscription Policy

MedPlex Subscription Policy

• Initial Subscription Order: Your first order will be processed immediately upon completion of your purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) based on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase.
• Billing Cycle: You will be charged for your subscription on or around the same day of each renewal period. The exact billing date may vary slightly depending on the month.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after each successful renewal charge. 

• Auto Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically be cancelled after the 12th order/ 12 months.  If you would like to keep the same subscription going after 12 months, you will need to start a new one. 

• Payment Method: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your default payment method on file for all recurring charges. You can update your payment information in your account settings at any time.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to charge the payment method again. If the issue is not resolved, your subscription delivery will be suspended until a valid payment method is provided. 

• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription products. In the event of a price change, we will notify you at least [e.g., 30 days] in advance. You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. 

• Access Your Account: You can manage all aspects of your subscription by logging into your account on our website. From your account dashboard, you can:
  • Change your delivery schedule.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Skip an upcoming delivery.
  • Modify the products in your subscription.
  • Cancel your subscription. 

• How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. As per FTC guidelines, the cancellation process is designed to be clear and easy to find.
• Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least [e.g., 5 business days] before your next scheduled renewal date.
• Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective immediately following your last successfully paid-for delivery. You will not receive any further recurring charges or deliveries after this point. 

• Final Sale: Unless the products are defective or arrive damaged, all subscription sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items received through a subscription.
• Damaged Goods: If your subscription delivery arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our customer service team at sales@medplex.com or 561-980-0777  within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

• Shipping Information: We will ship your subscription order to the address you provide in your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and up to date.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
• Delivery Frequency: Your deliveries will be sent at the frequency you selected (e.g., monthly, every two months).
