Animal Cookies Exotic Indoor THCA Flower Shake is a value-oriented form of the popular Animal Cookies (also known as Animal Crackers) cannabis strain, sold as high-THCA hemp flower in “shake” form from exotic indoor-grown material.Strain BasicsAnimal Cookies is an indica-dominant hybrid (commonly around 75% indica / 25% sativa). It was created by crossing Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) × Fire OG.
  • Indoor exotic versions: Grown in controlled indoor (or hydroponic indoor) environments for denser buds, higher resin production, better terpene expression, vibrant colors, and consistent quality.
  • Appearance: Dense, frosty light-to-minty green buds often with purple hues, amber hairs, and a heavy coating of trichomes. Shake consists of the smaller broken pieces, sugar leaves, and trichome-rich material from the same flower.
  • Aroma & Flavor: Sweet, creamy, and floral with doughy cookie/cake notes, nutty or chocolate undertones, earthy base, and peppery/spicy or lightly gassy/sour accents on the exhale. Dominant terpene is often caryophyllene (peppery), supported by limonene and myrcene.
  • Potency: Traditional batches typically range 20–27% THC. THCA flower versions commonly test in the high 20s to low-to-mid 30s percent THCA (examples around 29.9–30.8%+ reported), with delta-9 THC kept under 0.3% for hemp compliance. Always check the specific batch COA, as numbers vary.
When heated (smoked, vaped, or cooked), THCA converts to psychoactive THC.What “Shake” MeansShake is the smaller flower fragments, sugar leaves, and loose trichomes collected during trimming and handling of premium indoor buds. It offers similar effects and flavor to whole flower at a lower price per gram. It is practical for joints, bowls, vaporizers, or making edibles and concentrates, though it may include more leaf material and has less visual appeal than full nugs.Reported EffectsUsers commonly describe:
  • Fast onset of a happy, unfocused euphoric mental lift that can feel giggly or hazy.
  • Transition into a strong, relaxing body high that promotes deep calm and ease.
  • Often becomes sedative, leading to sleepiness or couch-lock at moderate-to-higher doses.
It is typically better suited for evening or nighttime use rather than daytime productivity. Effects last a few hours depending on dose, tolerance, and method. Individual responses vary.Potential BenefitsStrain-related (anecdotal reports): Animal Cookies is frequently sought for relief from chronic pain, insomnia or sleep issues, stress and anxiety, depression or low mood, appetite loss, and nausea. Some users note help with muscle tension, neuropathy, or general physical discomfort due to its relaxing and potentially anti-inflammatory profile. THCA itself (preliminary research): In raw form it is non-intoxicating. Early animal and lab studies suggest possible anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-nausea, and metabolic-support properties, though robust human clinical evidence is still limited. Once converted to THC, the classic relaxing and mood-related effects predominate.Important caveats: This is not medical advice. Cannabis affects people differently and can interact with medications or mental health conditions. Common side effects include dry mouth, dry eyes, increased heart rate, dizziness, or (especially at higher doses) heavy sedation or anxiety. Start low with potent THCA material. Avoid if underage, pregnant, or if it is contraindicated for you.Legality of THCA hemp products depends on your location (federally compliant versions exist under the 2018 Farm Bill when delta-9 THC ≤ 0.3%, but state rules vary). Purchase only from reputable sources that provide full third-party lab testing for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, microbes, and solvents. Clean indoor-grown material generally offers better consistency and fewer contaminants. In short, Animal Cookies exotic indoor THCA shake delivers the strain’s sweet creamy-cookie profile and euphoric-to-deeply-relaxing indica-leaning effects in a more affordable shake format. Exact potency, terpenes, and experience depend on the specific batch and grower—review current lab results when possible.

What is THCA?

THCA is the precursor to Delta 9 THC. Signified by the “A” in THCA. THCA becomes Delta 9 THC through heating, which also gives it a psychoactive effect. Without heating, THCA does not have any effects. Therefore, when heated THCA becomes regular Delta 9 THC and has the strength and effects of the THC we all know and love.

What is 8-Hydroxy-THC (HXY8-THC)?

Your body naturally creates the cannabinoid 8-hydroxy-THC when you consume THC. To help your body absorb more of this molecule, we isolated it, resulting in a more potent version of Delta 8 THC. The number before the word hydroxy tells you where the double bond is in the molecule.

What is Delta-9P THC (Delta 9 THC-P)?

THCP first begins as a substance initially formed as Cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), known as the “mother cannabinoid” from which cannabinoids derive from. By the same token, TCHPA (Tetrahydrocannabiphorol Acid) becomes THCP and on its own it’s 33 times stronger than regular Delta-9 THC, which means its effects on the body are amplified. Delta 9P THC-P is the strongest version of THC-P, with most products on the market only using Delta 8 THC-P. People report experiencing a very euphoric high that includes powerful mood enhancing/uplifting properties.

Additional information

2018 Farm Bill

How does the 2018 Farm Bill define hemp? What does it mean for FDA-regulated products?

At the federal level, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115-334, (the 2018 Farm Bill) was signed into law on Dec. 20, 2018. Among other things, this new law changes certain federal authorities relating to the production and marketing of hemp, defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” These changes include removing hemp from the CSA, which means that cannabis plants and derivatives that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis are no longer controlled substances under federal law.

The 2018 Farm Bill, however, explicitly preserved FDA’s authority to regulate products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds under the FDC Act and section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act). FDA treats products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds as it does any other FDA-regulated products — meaning they’re subject to the same authorities and requirements as FDA-regulated products containing any other substance. This is true regardless of whether the cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds are classified as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill.
