Bright, tart and the most sports-drink-like flavor in the range. The lemonade acidity keeps it from getting cloying, which matters when you're taking four a day for a month.
Blended with vitamin B12, which supports normal energy metabolism — making this one a natural fit for a morning or pre-workout dose.
Creatine monohydrate is the most-researched form of the most-researched sports supplement there is. It supports muscle strength, power output and recovery between hard efforts. It isn't a stimulant and doesn't work acutely — the benefit comes from taking it consistently every day.

Been cycling between the b12 creatine and the magnesium creatine gummies for 2 months now, 4 x b12 in the morning, 4 x mag in the evening and look at me now, I've never been this toned. Quick reminder, if you take creatine gummies you must drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

I've been enjoying these Optimize Creatine + B12 Gummies as part of my daily routine. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor tastes good, and the gummies are soft and easy to chew. There is a slight aftertaste but that's expected with a creatine supplement. I take four gummies daily and actually look forward to them. They're a convenient alternative to mixing powders, making it easy to stay consistent.

I’m enjoying these natural creatine and B12 energy gummies. They have a good taste but with no artificial sweeteners and sugars. I incorporate these gummies in my daily routine. The bag contains 120 gummies and it is suggested to use 2-3 gummies daily for under 150 pounds and 4-6 gummies daily for over 150 pounds. These gummies are for adults and have really helped my body.

These are the Optimize Creatine Monohydrate and B12 Energy Gummies in Strawberry Lemonade, and honestly, they are a total game-changer You’re getting a full 5 grams of creatine per serving, which is exactly what you need for building muscle and recovery. But they also threw in Vitamin B12 for that extra energy and focus boost. The flavor. Strawberry Lemonade is dangerously good it tastes like actual candy, not chemicals. Plus, there's no shaker cup required, so you can just grab them and go.
